What is Upsidia AI?▼
Upsidia AI is an AI-powered performance analysis tool designed specifically for e-commerce stores. We analyze your website's speed, identify performance bottlenecks, and calculate exactly how much revenue you're losing due to slow page load times.
Our proprietary platform combines multiple data sources and advanced AI algorithms to provide actionable insights that help you boost conversions and revenue.
How do I analyze my store?▼
- Go to the homepage
- Enter your store's URL in the analysis form
- Optionally, add your average selling price for more accurate revenue calculations
- Click "Analyze Performance"
- Wait 30-60 seconds for the comprehensive analysis to complete
- View your detailed results, including letter grade, performance metrics, and revenue impact

Understanding Your Results
What is the "Leak Score" and letter grade?▼
Your Leak Score (0-100) represents the percentage of potential revenue you're losing due to performance issues:
- A+/A 0-20%: Outstanding - Minimal revenue leaks
- B 21-40%: Good - Some optimization opportunities
- C 41-60%: Fair - Moderate revenue leaks
- D/E 61-80%: Poor - Significant revenue loss
- F 81-100%: Critical - Severe performance issues
The score is calculated based on mobile and desktop PageSpeed scores, Core Web Vitals, and estimated conversion impact.
How do you calculate revenue loss?▼
Our revenue loss calculation uses a proven formula based on industry research:
- We measure your Time to Interactive (TTI) - how long until users can interact with your site
- For every second beyond the optimal 1.7s TTI, conversions drop by ~7%
- We multiply this drop by your monthly traffic to estimate lost conversions
- Lost conversions × Average Order Value = Monthly Revenue Loss
Example: If your site takes 4.7 seconds to become interactive (3 seconds too slow), you're losing approximately 21% of conversions. With 10,000 monthly visitors and $100 AOV, that's $21,000/month in lost revenue.
What are "AI Insights" and "Performance Fixes"?▼
AI Insights (Free & Pro)
Our AI analyzes your site's performance data and identifies the top revenue-impacting issues. Each insight includes the primary KPI affected, estimated revenue impact, and a clear description of the problem.
Performance Fixes (Pro Only)
Pro users get detailed, actionable fixes for each issue, including:
- Step-by-step implementation instructions
- Code examples and best practices

- Priority ranking based on ROI
What is the tech stack detection?▼
Our system automatically detects the technologies powering your e-commerce store, including:

How long does the waitlist take?▼
We review waitlist submissions on a rolling basis. Selected operators are typically onboarded within 48-72 hours of selection. Notification is sent via email.
Priority is given to stores where we can demonstrate significant revenue recovery potential.

Is my data secure?▼
Yes, we take security very seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest

What data do you collect?▼
We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:
- Store URLs you analyze (public information)
- Performance metrics from Google PageSpeed Insights
- Traffic data from third-party data providers (if available publicly)
- Account information (email, name) for registered users
- Usage analytics to improve our service
We never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All analysis data is publicly accessible information about websites.
Can I delete my account and data?▼
Yes, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
After deletion:
- Your account and personal information are permanently removed
- Your bookmarks and saved analyses are deleted
- Public analysis data (store URLs, performance metrics) remains in our database as it's publicly available information
- Active subscriptions are automatically canceled
Technical Questions
How often should I analyze my store?▼
We recommend analyzing your store:
- Weekly: During active optimization efforts
- After major changes: Theme updates, app installations, sales campaigns
- Monthly: For ongoing performance monitoring
- Before peak seasons: Black Friday, holidays, etc.
Analysis frequency depends on your access tier. Selected operators receive AI credits for ongoing analyses. Each full analysis typically uses 1 AI credit.
Why are my scores different from Google PageSpeed Insights?▼
Our scores come directly from Google PageSpeed Insights API, so they should be similar. However, you might see slight variations due to:
- Testing from different geographic locations
- Time of analysis (server load, CDN caching)
- Device/network conditions in the test environment
- Dynamic content that changes between tests
We show both mobile and desktop scores, while PageSpeed Insights defaults to mobile. Make sure you're comparing the same device type.
Can I analyze password-protected stores or staging sites?▼
Currently, Upsidia AI can only analyze publicly accessible websites. This is because:
- Google PageSpeed Insights requires public URLs
- We need to access your site to analyze its performance
- Traffic data is based on public search engine visibility
For staging sites, we recommend temporarily making them publicly accessible (using a obscure URL) or waiting until launch to analyze.
