2. Analysis Limits

Lite Plan: 1 brand with weekly automatic monitoring. On-demand analysis limited to 10 manual runs per month.

Pro Plan: 3 brands with daily automatic monitoring. On-demand analysis limited to 30 manual runs per month.

Max Plan: Unlimited brands with daily monitoring. On-demand analysis limited to 100 manual runs per month.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Upsidia AI for:

Analyzing performance of your own e-commerce stores
Analyzing client stores (agencies/consultants)
Competitive benchmarking for business intelligence
Educational and research purposes

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Automated scraping: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to bulk-analyze websites
API abuse: Excessive API calls beyond documented rate limits
Reselling data: Selling or redistributing performance data obtained from Upsidia AI
Account sharing: Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users
Circumventing limits: Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan restrictions

5. Resource Usage

We monitor resource usage to ensure fair access for all users. Accounts showing unusual patterns may be subject to review:

• Analysis frequency significantly exceeding plan limits
• Unusually large number of brands analyzed in short timeframes
• Repeated analysis of identical URLs without sufficient time intervals
• Patterns indicating automated or scripted usage

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Fair Use Policy may result in:

Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning notice
Temporary suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
Rate limiting: Automatic throttling of analysis requests for excessive usage
Account termination: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure without refund

7. Appeals

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team through our contact form. Include your account email, explanation of the circumstances, and any relevant documentation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
